Sam Ratulangi Airport Decorates Itself To Welcome AFI

Manado-The different atmosphere seems in the arrivals area of Sam Ratulangi Airport since last few days. The giant backdrop with design of Indonesian movie’s dialogue quote was attached in arrivals area. “We attach such decoration to welcome the event of Apresiasi Film Indonesia (AFI) held in Manado,” said Nugroho Jati General Manager Sam Ratulangi Airport.

At that event rumored to be attended by hundreds of artists. Some of the artists who landed at airport on Friday (7/10) are Widyawati, Popy Sovia, and Ben Joshua. At the arrival area, such artists took a selfie photo together with the Ambassador of Sam Ratulangi Airport Manado.

Jati said that, every month the view of airport will be changed. “For a year we have had a monthly theme that is also harmonized with the local events. This is an effort to provide value added at the airport in addition to other supporting facilities that we will continue to improve,” he said.

At this time, for AFI Event, in addition to a selfie area, we also welcome them by presenting the kolintang music and display of Indonesian movie’s posters. The artists seemed enthusiastic singing with the kolintang players. [PR MDC]
